Terms of Service

Effective September 15, 2026 Last updated September 15, 2026 Version 1.0

The agreement between BridgeRP and everyone who uses it: artists who sell, fans who buy, and music supervisors who license.

1Who we are

BridgeRP is an artist-to-fan marketplace operated by RevanuPlay ("BridgeRP", "we", "us"). Independent artists open a storefront here, sell their own music and merchandise direct to fans, and license their recordings to music supervisors.

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and BridgeRP. They apply to everyone who uses the platform: artists, fans, music supervisors and anyone browsing. Using BridgeRP means you accept them.

Two other documents form part of this agreement and are incorporated into it by reference: the Acceptable Use, Creator Content and Repeat Violator Policy and the Privacy Policy. Read all three.

2Your account

Artists and music supervisors sign in with a one-time code sent to their email address, so your account is only as secure as that inbox. Keep it that way, and tell us if you believe someone else has reached your account.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and the information you give us has to be accurate, including your name, your business details and anything you provide to verify ownership of a recording. Accounts are personal to you and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

Fans do not need an account to browse a storefront, play a preview or buy.

3What BridgeRP is, and is not

BridgeRP is a marketplace. The seller in every transaction is the artist, not BridgeRP. When a fan buys a download or a piece of merchandise, or a supervisor licenses a track, the contract for that sale or licence is between that buyer and that artist.

BridgeRP is not a record label, a publisher, a distributor of your recordings to streaming services, a collecting society, an escrow service or a bank. We do not take ownership of your music, and we do not hold anyone's money. We provide the storefront, the Sync Vault, the rights and review tools, and the connection to Stripe that lets an artist be paid directly.

4Artists: your content and your rights

Your music is yours. Uploading a recording to BridgeRP does not transfer ownership of the recording, the composition, your artwork or your name to us.

You grant BridgeRP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, preview and display your content, and to deliver it to a buyer who has paid for it, for as long as you keep it on the platform. That licence exists so the platform can do the job you are asking it to do, and nothing more. It ends when you remove the content, except where we must keep a record of a completed transaction or licence.

Before a recording can be sold or licensed you must complete the ownership declaration on it. That means naming the owner of the master, listing writer splits that total 100 percent, answering the four ownership questions on the recording, and signing the warranty that you own or control all rights necessary to sell and license it. You are responsible for the truth of every one of those answers.

You may not upload or monetize leaked, stolen, pirated, counterfeit, uncleared or otherwise unauthorized material. That is set out in full in the Acceptable Use Policy.

5Review before anything sells

Every recording is reviewed by BridgeRP by hand before it can be sold or licensed. A declared sample, leased beat, interpolation or outside rights holder sends the recording to review and we may ask for the paperwork behind it before approving anything.

We may reject a recording, hold it in review, ask for more documentation, or take a live listing off sale. We do not guarantee that any particular upload will be approved, and approval is not a legal opinion about who owns the work.

6Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use, Creator Content and Repeat Violator Policy lists what may not be sold, listed, uploaded or paid for here. It prohibits, among other things, adult content and sexual services, infringement of intellectual property or other proprietary rights, copyright-infringing content such as leaked albums, and content that engages in, encourages, promotes or celebrates unlawful violence or hate speech toward a protected group.

You agree to that policy. Breaking it is a breach of these terms, and you authorise BridgeRP to enforce it as described in section 11.

7Buying from an artist

Prices are set by the artist and shown before checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe. A music purchase gives you a personal download of the file for your own listening: it does not give you the right to re-sell it, distribute it, upload it elsewhere, or use it in a video, a broadcast, an advertisement or any other production. Those uses are what a sync licence is for.

Because a download is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, music sales are final except where the law says otherwise or where the artist agrees to refund you. Merchandise is sold and shipped by the artist, and any question about shipping, sizing, damage or a refund goes to them first. If you cannot reach an artist, contact us and we will try to help.

8Sync licensing

There is no rate card in the Sync Vault. A supervisor names the fee and the terms of the use they need, and the artist accepts, counters or declines. An artist may set a floor below which an offer is refused before they ever see it.

When both sides agree, the licence is generated from those agreed terms and signed by both of them. That licence is an agreement between the artist and the licensee. BridgeRP is not a party to it and does not warrant the rights behind it; the artist's ownership declaration and warranty stand behind it.

Access to the Sync Vault as a supervisor may require professional verification, and we may refuse or withdraw that access.

9Payments, fees and payouts

Payments run on Stripe. An artist who wants to sell opens their own Stripe account through Stripe's own onboarding, which collects their identity and bank details directly. BridgeRP never sees or stores them.

Every sale and every sync fee is a direct charge on the artist's own Stripe account. BridgeRP takes a platform fee out of that same transaction, shown to the artist before they sell, and Stripe pays the artist out to their own bank on their own Stripe payout schedule. Money is never held in a BridgeRP balance at any point.

Stripe's own terms apply to every transaction here, alongside these. Stripe decides eligibility for payment processing and payouts, and neither BridgeRP nor any artist is guaranteed it.

Chargebacks, refunds and disputes are handled on the artist's own Stripe account, and the artist carries them. BridgeRP may reverse, withhold or adjust its platform fee in connection with a refund or dispute.

10Reporting a rights issue

Every artist storefront carries a Report a rights issue link in its footer. Anyone can use it, with no account and no sign-in: a rights holder, a label, a publisher, a producer, a fan who recognises a record.

Tell us what the item is, who you are, how to reach you and what the problem is. A report on a live recording takes that recording off sale immediately and puts it back into review while we look at it. We may ask you or the artist for documents before deciding, and we keep a record of substantiated complaints for the repeat violator policy.

11Enforcement and repeat violators

Where we reasonably determine that content or activity breaks these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the law, or the requirements of our payment providers, we may reject or remove content, take a listing off sale, stop an account from selling or licensing, require verification or rights documents, limit what an account can do, suspend it, or terminate it.

BridgeRP maintains a repeat violator policy. An account that repeatedly breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy faces escalating enforcement up to permanent termination, and terminating an artist takes their storefront down with it. A single serious violation can end an account on its own.

You may not open another account, or use another identity or payment method, to get around an enforcement action.

12Suspension and closing an account

You can stop using BridgeRP whenever you like and ask us to close your account. Closing it does not undo a completed sale, a signed licence, an outstanding payout, or a record we have to keep.

We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for a legal or payment provider requirement, or to protect the platform and the people on it.

13Our own intellectual property

The BridgeRP and RevanuPlay names, marks, design and software are ours. Nothing in these terms gives you a right to use them beyond using the platform as it is meant to be used.

14Disclaimers and liability

BridgeRP is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not warrant any artist's rights, any buyer's conduct, or the outcome of any transaction between them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, BridgeRP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the platform fees you paid us, or that we earned on your transactions, in the three months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15Indemnity

If you upload, sell or license content here, you agree to indemnify BridgeRP against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from that content, from your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or from your infringement of someone else's rights.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where it matters, sent to the email on your account. Continuing to use BridgeRP after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the courts of that state are where disputes relating to BridgeRP are heard, except where a law that applies to you gives you a right you cannot waive.

1Purpose and scope

This policy applies to every user, artist, buyer, supervisor, listing, upload, storefront and transaction on BridgeRP. It is part of the Terms of Service and it is the rulebook for what may be sold, listed and paid for here.

BridgeRP may not be used for anything prohibited by law, by this policy, or by the requirements of the payment providers BridgeRP uses.

2Prohibited content and activity

The monetization, sale, listing, licensing or promotion of the following is prohibited on BridgeRP:

  • Adult content and services. Content containing nudity or explicit sexual acts, content designed for sexual gratification, subscriber-only nude imagery, adult audio or video chat, escort or other adult services.
  • Infringement of intellectual property or proprietary rights. Unauthorized use of anyone's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, name or likeness.
  • Copyright-infringing content. Leaked albums, ripped or pirated recordings, uncleared samples, uncleared interpolations, counterfeit goods, and the unauthorized sale or distribution of music, film, software or other licensed material.
  • Violent extremism and hate. Content that engages in, encourages, promotes or celebrates unlawful violence or physical harm, or hate speech directed at any group on the basis of race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin or any other immutable characteristic.

Also prohibited: illegal products, services or activity; fraud, impersonation, deceptive listings, stolen payment credentials or money laundering; personal or peer-to-peer money transmission, sham transactions or any payment that is not for a real good or service; and anything else prohibited by BridgeRP's payment providers or by applicable law.

3Creator authorization and ownership

You may upload, list, sell, license or otherwise monetize a recording on BridgeRP only if you own or control every right needed to do it.

BridgeRP does not take that on trust alone. Before a recording can be sold or licensed, the artist must complete the ownership declaration on it:

  • Name the owner of the master recording.
  • List the writers and their splits, totalling 100 percent.
  • Answer the four ownership questions on the recording, including whether it contains leased beats, samples, interpolations or other third-party material.
  • Sign the warranty that they own or control all rights necessary to sell and license the recording.

A recording with no completed declaration cannot go on sale, and a declared sample or other third-party interest is sent to review with paperwork required before approval.

4How content is reviewed

Every recording is reviewed by a person at BridgeRP before it can be sold or licensed. Nothing goes live on a storefront by itself.

BridgeRP runs an automated policy screen over the text an artist submits on anything they want paid for: recording titles, release titles, blurbs and credits, merchandise listings, and storefront pages. It matches that text against the categories prohibited in section 2. A match holds the item automatically: the recording goes to Review required, the release or listing goes to draft, the storefront page comes off the web, and the hold is filed in the platform owner's moderation queue with the matched phrase named. A held item is not deleted and the account is not terminated by the screen. It is blocked from sale until a person at BridgeRP has looked at it.

BridgeRP does not operate automated content-recognition scanning of audio, and this policy does not claim that it does. Nothing here listens to a recording. Beyond the automated screen above, review is by a person, supported by the ownership declaration, the quality audit run on each upload, and the reports we receive. We may ask for identity, ownership, licence or transaction documents at any time.

5Reporting content to us

Every artist storefront carries a Report a rights issue link in its footer. It is open to anyone, with no account and no sign-in.

A report should identify the item, explain the problem, and give us a way to reach you. When a report is filed against a live recording, that recording comes off sale immediately and goes back into review. We may ask for more information before deciding, and we may keep the recording restricted while we do.

6Enforcement

Where BridgeRP reasonably determines that content or activity breaks this policy, the Terms of Service, the law or a payment provider's requirements, we may:

  • reject or remove content, or take a listing off sale;
  • stop an account from selling or licensing;
  • require verification or rights documentation before anything goes back up;
  • limit what an account can do;
  • suspend or terminate an account, which takes its storefront down with it;
  • preserve evidence and refer a matter to payment providers, rights holders, law enforcement or regulators where the law permits or requires it.

7Repeat violators

BridgeRP maintains a repeat violator policy. An account that repeatedly breaks this policy, the Terms of Service or intellectual property requirements faces escalating enforcement up to permanent termination.

In deciding, we weigh the number, frequency and seriousness of the violations, how credible the reports were, prior warnings and removals, and any attempt to evade enforcement. A single serious violation, such as selling a leaked or pirated recording, can end an account on its own without waiting for a second.

8Intellectual property complaints

A rights holder can file a complaint through the Report a rights issue link on the storefront carrying the item, or by writing to contact@revanuplay.com.

Identify the work you own, identify the BridgeRP listing you say infringes it with enough detail for us to find it, tell us your contact details and the basis of your rights, and include any statement or signature the law requires of you. We may restrict the challenged material while the complaint is reviewed, and we keep records of substantiated complaints for repeat violator enforcement.

9No evasion

You may not use another account, identity, storefront or payment method to get around a removal, restriction, suspension, termination or verification requirement.

10Payment provider compliance

Transactions on BridgeRP are processed through Stripe and are also subject to Stripe's agreements, prohibited and restricted business rules, and compliance controls. BridgeRP may act to stay inside those requirements. Using BridgeRP does not guarantee eligibility for payment processing or payouts.

11Cooperation and records

You must give accurate and complete information when we ask for it for identity, rights, transaction, safety or compliance review. We keep records of reports, investigations, warnings, removals, restrictions and account actions for enforcement, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and repeat violator tracking.

1The short version

BridgeRP does not sell, rent or trade your personal information or your music. We do not own your content because you uploaded it. We collect what the platform needs to run: to sign you in, to host and deliver what you sell, to check ownership, to process payments through Stripe, to answer rights complaints, and to keep the place clean.

2What we collect

  • Account. Your email address, your name and stage name, your handle, and the one-time sign-in codes we send you.
  • Artist profile. Your bio, hometown, artwork, banner, links and storefront settings.
  • Music and catalog. Recordings, releases, artwork, titles, credits, ISRCs, metadata, the automated quality audit of each upload, and any documents you attach.
  • Rights and ownership. Master owner, writer splits, the answers to the ownership questions, your signature on the declaration, and any clearance paperwork you send.
  • Transactions. Orders, licences, offers, fees, shipping details for merchandise, and the Stripe identifiers behind them.
  • Fans and supervisors. Names and email addresses given to join an artist list or to make an offer, and professional information given for supervisor verification.
  • Reports. The contact details, description and documents in a rights issue report.
  • Technical. Page visits, referral source, device and browser information, IP address, logs and session data.

3Your content and rights information

You keep ownership of what you upload, subject to the licence you grant BridgeRP in the Terms of Service so the platform can host it, preview it and deliver it to a buyer. We process rights and ownership information to check eligibility, approve listings, run authorized transactions and investigate complaints.

4How we use it

To create and run accounts, sign you in, host and deliver content, power search and the Sync Vault, run sales, offers, licences and payouts, provide support, prevent fraud, abuse and infringement, investigate reports, enforce our policies, meet legal and payment provider obligations, and improve how the platform works.

5Moderation and enforcement data

We collect and keep what is reasonably necessary to review content and account activity against the Acceptable Use Policy: reports, complaint records, rights documentation, transaction history, prior warnings and the actions taken. We use it to investigate, to remove or restrict content, to suspend or terminate accounts, and to run the repeat violator policy.

6Rights reports

When someone files a rights issue report we collect their name, email, the item complained about, the reason and anything they attach. We use it to investigate and resolve the report, to talk to the people involved, and to keep a record for enforcement.

7We do not sell your information

BridgeRP does not sell, rent or trade personal information or user content to third parties for their own commercial use, and we do not sell an artist's music because it was uploaded here. Sales and licences happen only through the platform's own workflows, with the artist's agreement.

8When information is shared

With other users as the platform intends: a storefront is public, and a supervisor making an offer reaches the artist. With service providers acting for us, including hosting, email, storage and analytics providers. With Stripe, as set out below. Where the law or valid legal process requires it. To investigate fraud, infringement, abuse or a safety issue, or to protect BridgeRP, its users or rights holders. And in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, subject to the law.

9Stripe and payments

Payments and payouts run on Stripe and Stripe Connect. An artist's identity and bank details are collected by Stripe directly during Stripe's own onboarding; BridgeRP never sees or stores them, and card details are handled by Stripe, not by us.

We give Stripe what it needs to run and review a transaction: account and business information, the artist's storefront URL, transaction details, and information for fraud prevention, risk, disputes and compliance. Stripe's handling of that information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

10Cookies and storage

BridgeRP uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, security and preferences, and it counts page visits so an artist can see their own traffic. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

11Security

Master recordings sit in private storage, not on a public URL. A buyer receives a download link only after paying, and a preview clip is a separate short file with a link that expires. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12How long we keep it

As long as reasonably necessary to run the service and keep transaction, licensing and enforcement records, to meet legal and payment provider obligations, to resolve disputes and to prevent fraud. Periods vary by the kind of information and what the law requires.

13Your choices

You can see and edit your profile and catalog in your dashboard, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information. We may need to verify who you are first, and we may have to keep information connected to completed transactions, licences, rights complaints, enforcement or legal obligations. Operational emails about your account, your sales and your offers are part of the service; marketing email is separate and you can opt out of it.

14Children

BridgeRP is built for people old enough to enter binding agreements and is not directed at children. If we learn that information was collected in a way the law does not allow, we will act on it.

15International users

BridgeRP is operated from the United States, and information may be processed and stored there or wherever our service providers operate.

16Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are posted here with a new effective date and, where it matters, sent to the email on your account.
